    If the customer shares their details with you, you pay the contact fee, you agree the details, do the job and the customer pays you directly.

You pay the contact fee from your Doenzo balance, which you top up in advance. Customer not responding after that? Ask for a refund. Doenzo decides and then returns the amount as credit.

PIONEER CREDIT

€25 credit for the first 250 approved professionals.

Approved as one of the first 250 professionals? Then you get €25 credit for your first jobs.

  • You have an active KvK registration and work in Zuid-Holland.
  • For jobs only, not for cleaning.
  • Once per KvK number, after approval by Doenzo.
  • The credit is not money: it cannot be paid out, refunded or transferred.
  • It is valid for 90 days from the day customers in Zuid-Holland can place requests.
  • The offer runs until 250 approvals or until 31 December 2026, whichever comes first.

The 90 days of your Pioneer credit only start on the day customers in Zuid-Holland can place requests. We will email you that date.

Questions from professionals

Why do you ask for my KvK number?

Doenzo only works with businesses that have an active KvK registration. We check your number in the Dutch Business Register. Without an active registration you cannot register.

What happens after I register?

We review your details and get in touch. You will only get jobs once customers in Zuid-Holland can place requests. We will email you that date.

Can I keep working on other platforms?

Yes. You are not tied to anything. You can keep working on other platforms and for your own customers.

How does the customer pay?

The customer pays you directly, as you agree together. Doenzo takes nothing from the amount for the job.

Are the terms final?

Yes. If the terms change later, we will email you at least 15 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop before that date.

How do I stop?

Whenever you want. You have no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Let us know via the contact page.

What do you do with my details?

We use your details to review your registration and to contact you. Read more in the privacy statement.
